To begin, click the 'Windows Start menu', select 'Settings', select
'Dial-up Networking'.

Select the second option 'I have an existing Internet account', and click 'next'.

Select option one on this screen, and click 'next'.

Select 'Create a new dial-up connection', and click 'next'.

Type in 0845 123 1827 into the 'Telephone number' box (leave area code blank). Make sure that the 'Use area code' and 'dialing rules' box is unchecked, and click 'next'.

Type in your 'username' (petconnect) and your 'password' (petconnect) and click 'next'.

Select the 'No' option, and click 'next'..

Type a name for your new connection, such as Pet Connect, and click 'next'.

To use your new Pet Connect Internet connection, click the Windows Start menu, select 'Settings', select 'Dial-up Networking' and double click the 'Pet Connect' icon.
