PetHolidays.com - Terms and conditions for advertisers and listed businesses.

1. Although care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information on the PetHolidays.com web site, information on the site is provided without our representation or warranty and in no event shall PetHolidays.com be liable in connection with the use of the information made available, unless specifically stated otherwise.

2. PetHolidays.com reserves the right to make changes and/or updates with respect to the information contained on the web site at any time without notice.

3. Online advertisements are accepted upon the representation that the advertiser and its agency have the right to publish and display the contents thereof. In consideration of such online publication and display, advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify and hold PetHolidays.com harmless against any expense or loss by reason of any claims arising out of online publication and display.

4. Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of the PetHolidays.com publisher, except were a request for a specific preferred position is acknowledged by PetHolidays.com in writing. Materials, graphics, and/or ads must be received by material closing date indicated by PetHolidays.com or position may be lost.

5. PetHolidays.com may use prior ad material if new material is not received on time.

6. Cancellations or changes in orders must be made in writing (either e-mail, fax, or post) and be received before the indicated closing date.

7. Rates are subject to change upon notice from PetHolidays.com.

8. Payment for Premium Entry Advertisements should be made by standing order and will commence from a date agreed by PetHolidays.com and advertiser. Payment for Premium entries can be made using other methods with prior arrangement. Payment for other advertisements should be made by cheque consisting of 50% down. The remainder on the invoice is due within 20 days of the published date of advertiser's program or ad.

9. The customer is responsible for the maintaining and updating of the information for the Free and Premium Entry details, done through an online control centre. PetHolidays.com can make changes on the customer's behalf providing a reasonable amount of time is given.

10. All content from advertisements are subject to PetHolidays.com's approval. PetHolidays.com reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation, or position commitment at any time.

11. PetHolidays.com shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to electronically publish or display an advertisement, premium or free entry. In no event shall PetHolidays.com be liable for any damages, consequential or otherwise, in excess of the amount paid for the advertisement, premium or free entry, as a result of any mistake in the advertisement, omission from or error in any index, or for any other reason.

12. PetHolidays.com is not liable for delays in publication or non-publication in the event of an Act-of-God, action by any government or quasi-government entity, fire, flood, earthquake, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes whether legal or illegal, labour or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down or any condition beyond the control of PetHolidays.com affecting production or delivery in any manner.

13. There is no minimum term for this advertising agreement unless specified at time of order. A Premium Entry in PetHolidays.com can be cancelled at any time. Payment will not be required for any future months. The current months payment at time of cancellation is non refundable.

14. PetHolidays.com will not pass details on to any third party companies but may send occasional e-mails or postal correspondance to advertisers and listed businesses providing information about new features and promotions available on PetHolidays.com.By listing a free or Premium entry on PetHolidays.com you agree to receive such communications.
